Monthly retainer
Lifestyle Relief will negotiate a monthly retainer based on the number of employees and the desired number of hours per employee. The monthly retainer covers the desired services offered. Out-of-pocket costs will be billed separately.
EMPLOYEE CO-PAY
This program allows the company and the employee to share the service costs. For example, employers can create a program to provide each employee up to 4 hours of personal errand services per month, with the company covering 60 percent of Lifestyle Relief's hourly fee, and the employee covering 40 percent.
Monthly Packages
Lifestyle Relief offers monthly packages to all their clients. The hourly charge is based on the number of hours purchased. For example, a small, start up company may decide to purchase a block of hours for the company and its employees to share.

Mindy is the Founder of Lifestyle Relief, a personal VIP service firm specializing in tailored yet affordable services for individuals, small businesses and corporations. In her pre-Lifestyle Relief days, Mindy worked with the Department of Defense and various C-level families, where her knack for delivering timely, creative solutions energized her meticulous clients.
Mindy is also an active philanthropist through her clothing exchange organization, The Purple Hanger Clothing Exchange. She also fosters/rescues dogs and assists in finding their forever home.

FAQ
Payments
All services are paid in advance by cash or credit/debit card. Only the required personal information will be collected for payments of services rendered and at no time will your name or information be sold to a third party company.
Refunds
Hours not used within 30 days will not be refunded. However, the hours may be rolled over on some membership plans.
Cancellations
We require 24 hours advance notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a fee assessment.

Affordability
Lifestyle-Relief offers affordable rates to fit almost every budget and we offer a number of ways for you to save on services. Plus, if you think about it, the time you save outsourcing your to-do list to us it allows you to spend more of your time with family, friends or doing other things that are important to you.

No, Lifestyle-Relief will supply the client with the proper receipts and the client will be responsible for paying all additional charges on top of the hourly rate.
